Just before 5:30pm Central Time on January 7th, 2020, Iran launched multiple missiles at US bases and interests in Iran, including the Al Assad airbase. Just after 6:00 pm Central Time, Iranian state media reported a second wave of missiles was being launched. Unconfirmed reports this evening indicate that US fighter jets have taking off from bases in the UAE and Turkey.
